Service Description

In this conversation, we will discuss what your needs and goals are and how we can reach them together whether that is through chiropractic, soft tissue therapy (think massage therapy), or exercise - all of which I offer in the comfort of your home. Having this free conversation will give you an idea of if we are a good match for each other prior to me coming to your home. If you decide to move forward with care or personal training, we will schedule those services during this call as well as discuss what paperwork needs to be completed prior to our first appointment so that we can be as efficient as possible.
